In this game, timing is very important. The players hit the penguin with good timing and he goes flying. The angle of the penguin is made to control using the arrow keys as he catches air currents to stay in the air. An ideal angle is kept throughout the flight. The videos of records show the flight starting on a low trajectory. Little manipulation of arrow keys is done to get better angle.

In the classic mode the only goal is to glide further than any Penguin has done gliding.
